Faculty of Environment
(Fixed term for one year)
This post is available from September 2009 until 31 August 2010 and offers the opportunity for you to enhance your research capabilities in the area of environment and development. Based in the Sustainability Research Institute which is now the largest grouping of environmental social scientists in the UK, the position will offer a range of collaborative research opportunities linked to major research programmes within SRI, including the ESRC Centre for Climate Change Economics and Policy.
With a PhD awarded (or near completion) in a relevant subject area. You will have an existing or emerging research profile in the broad area of Environment and Development demonstrated through publications and other output, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
